  • How do I order furniture?
    Biltwell furniture is custom upholstery and can be ordered in the store. Upon order, 50% is due with the rest due upon delivery. Browse fabric swatches in the shop. Floor model styles in-store are limited. For the full line, you may browse Biltwell and then contact Element to place your order. Many pieces in the store are available for immediate purchase and take away. You're able to browse other items for order through Coaster Furniture. Add items to a cart as you browse and we complete the transaction after getting a quote for shipping.
  • How do I sign up for an encaustic painting workshop?
    There are three ways to secure your spot. Please reserve at least 24 hours in advance. 1) You can stop by the shop 2 S Main St Joseph, OR. 2) Call the shop 541-432-1911. 3) Reserve/pay for a class on the website
  • How do I sign up for an Access Bars® session?
    Browse the available openings and book online here. Alternatively, secure your spot at the shop or by calling the store 541-432-1911.
  • What are your hours?
    Element is open Monday - Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 4pm. Painting workshops occur afterhours from 5:30 to 7:30 (on Fridays).
  • Do you ship?
    Custom furniture orders from Biltwell can be shipped to Oregon, Washington, California and Idaho. Discuss quotes for shipping at time of furniture order. Other furniture pieces are for pick up from the store or discuss other options with us in person. Other, smaller, items from the shop can be shipped at customer's expense. Leah's art prints ordered direct from the printers can ship directly to your home. Original artwork is best to be picked up but delivery or shipping options can be discussed.
